INTRODUCING THE 101 SPEAKERS FOR 2010...
Jake started his career as an account executive in 1998. From their he moved through the ranks of client service until eventually finding his place heading up a creative department.
To date he has worked on some of South Africa's biggest brands including BP, Cadburys, Cape Talk, City of Cape Town, Grand West, Melrose, MWEB, Old Mutual, Parmalat, SAB Miller, SASKO, Schweppes, Sissy Boy, VW, WWF as well as Castrol Globally.
In 2009 he joined the Habari Group as Creative Director, with a goal of self preservation through bridging the gap between digital and traditional creative work. Jake is also Creative Director and a founding partner of Habari's integrated agency Big Wednesday.
When not at work Jake spends most of his time surfing. No prizes for guessing where the name Big Wednesday comes from.
Richard Mullins has been with the company for nine years. He has played an instrumental role in the company's growth, opening the Johannesburg office and helping clients throughout MEA identify industry'leading solutions to their digital marketing needs.
Prior to joining Acceleration, Richard developed extensive experience in the agency industry, working with Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi for clients including Unilever, Sun International, Nedbank Guinness, Toyota and M-Net. He also holds an Honours degree in Communications.

Garth has a decade of media experience, including 3 years in the United Kingdom, ranging from outdoor to magazine advertising to digital media for both online and mobile.
Predominantly from a traditional media background, Garth held a management position in the custom publishing division at Touchline Media for two years before recognising the need to move into the digital arena. He is responsible for monetizing the commercial partners for online and mobile for Habari Media and passing knowledge and experience to brands on how best to take their brands into digital.
Andre Britz is Head of Media at digiVOX, and spends her days ensuring the planning on all Web Media and Search initiatives are bang on strategy.
She has an MA degree in Sociology and loves statistics.
She has extensive agency experience and has worked on the publisher's side as well.
